The archives of the notaries of the Gulf of Naples

In 2018, we took steps at the Naples Archives to determine which documents can be consulted on notaries who have practiced in particular in Procida, Ischia, Ponza and Ventotene. This project is led by Guy ATTANASIO who has gathered below the useful information and carried out the procedure for access and consultation at the Naples Archives:

To allow you to order a notarial deed, the procedure is as follows:

1. The register has already been digitalized, so the search can be carried out quickly
2. The register has not yet been digitalized. The digitalization then takes place during the next trip to Naples depending on the number of registers to be digitalized requested
3. The search for the deeds is then carried out in the register by a volunteer member
4. The documents found are sent by email and the order appears processed on our website
