Founded in 2003, "La Grande Famille de Procida & Ischia" is a non profit association declared under the French law of July 1, 1901.

The Association gathers the descendants of the people who emigrated from this region of South Italy during the 19th and 20th century. Many of these migrants were natives from the islands of the Gulf of Naples. Fishermen, retailers or farmers, they populated the French North Africa and the United States of America, others went to Argentina or Australia. Today their descendants are Italian, French, American, Argentinean, etc.

Becoming a member, you will then be able to look for your ancestors, understand the story of your family, build your genealogy tree or simply discover the cultural and natural richness of the islands. Your contribution will allow to continue our work of preserving our common heritage and the origins of our Grande Famille de Procida & Ischia.
